Function Venue Fee and Inclusions

Venue Hire Fee: R20 000.00 including VAT

Maximum 80 guests for a sit-down reception with a dance floor
Maximum 100 guests for a sit-down reception without a dance floor

The venue hire includes all of the following:

  • Use of wedding chapel, including the rustic wooden podium and wooden benches
  • Use of the upstairs hall which is the main function area
  • Use of the downstairs cellar area which is perfect for indoor pre-drinks with a harvest table
  • Use of the front lawn area and veranda for leisure and pre-reception drinks
  • 10 seater rectangular wooden tables (can be used naked)
  • Solid wood dinner chairs
  • Standard silver cutlery
  • Standard white crockery
  • Standard crystallite glassware:  champagne flutes, white wine glasses, and red wine glasses
  • Stainless steel ice buckets with stands
  • Glass water pitchers
  • Venue availability the day prior to the function for decor setup from 08H00 until 17H00
  • Venue availability on the day of the function from 08H00 until 24H00
  • Complimentary bridal couple accommodation on the night of the wedding in our honeymoon room including breakfast
  • Set up of the table layout according to the bride/function holder’s preferred floor plan
  • Basic table setting of the Manley cutlery, crockery, and glassware
  • Cleaning of the venue after the function (not decor and lighting dismantling)
